Order Management Coordinator ?????

Job Description

Order management: Order intake, release of order from e-commerce, order output, order change requests, supply issues, allocation, product availability etc.
Verify order accuracy and completeness.
Enter order information into the system/database.
Maintain organised records of all orders.
Liaise with customers to confirm order details and specifications.
Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing.
Monitor and adhere to order fulfilment deadlines.
Proactively address potential delays and communicate any necessary adjustments to stakeholders.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
Good working attitude.
Good communication and coordination skill.
Fluent in English & Chinese both in written and spoken.
Good computer skill.
*Able to start work immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
