Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring that the order management is consistently meets the needs of the key business stakeholders.
  • Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, and looking for opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the team leaders to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals/KPIs.
  • Responsible for designing and delivering the shared services organization\'s vision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong leadership and managerial capabilities
  • Minimum 7 years in order management
  • 2-3 years SAP order processing experience
