JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that the order management is consistently meets the needs of the key business stakeholders.
- Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, and looking for opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the team leaders to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals/KPIs.
- Responsible for designing and delivering the shared services organization\'s vision.
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities
- Minimum 7 years in order management
- 2-3 years SAP order processing experience
