JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process orders in a timely manner and work closely with internal sales.
- Prompt preparation of delivery documentations and invoices.
- Manage e-documents and department work instructions in an organized manner.
- Actively engage in departmental discussions and activities.
- Conduct training for any new staff and render any support to them.
- Work as a team within Operations department and collaborate with all other departments towards company goals and objectives.
- Perform accurate data entry task.
- Support customers with order confirmations.
- Any Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience as Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply
- Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in executing daily operations process in the short cycle time
- Chain or equivalent will be advantageous
- Highly organized, Meticulous, good at record keeping
