COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational manufacturing company located in Shah Alam is looking for a skilled and experience candidate with experience in managing order to billing process, as well as the capability to handle high volume orders. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the order processing transaction accurately and in timely manner.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acknowledge sales and service orders and input them into SAP using business rules, workflow, and priority schedule.
- Efficiently execute and oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review documents and adhere to established procedures.
- Manage workload to meet specified deadlines.
- Contribute to cost reduction and process improvement efforts
- Capability to handle high volumes on order details and interested in the order-to-billing process.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to support US and China market needs.
- Available to work during the 8pm-5am shift (US hours).
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
