Job Description
Organic Fertilizer Engineer (Horticulture) - Perak Responsibilities: Involved in biofertilizer product development, formulation & analysis in keeping the crops and the soil healthy. Provide training to the team in production process, research and development, and beneficial microorganism (composting). Advise in orchard & oil palm agriculture waste value-added services. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Develop plans that improve production, costs, and labour required. Diagnosing problems in the production line with providing recommendations and training. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seri Manjong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
