Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and engagement activities to support user adoption.
Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational culture and values.
Facilitate change workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to foster understanding and buy-in.
Monitor and report on change progress, adoption metrics, and resistance trends.
Support the development of super user networks, change champions, and peer support structures.
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to help them lead change effectively.
Ensure integration of change management activities into the overall project plan.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is
mandatory
.
Strong understanding of business processes, especially in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Able to communication clearly in respective local languages

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
