About The Job MISSION Leading and driving organizational development and transformation initiatives in the zone, ensuring successful implementation of change strategies and alignment with objectives. This role is instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation initiatives. Co-work with HR team, providing guidance and support. Partner with key stakeholders to assess change readiness and identify risks. Define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines for transformation projects. Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives, adjusting as necessary. Facilitate communication and engagement with employees at all levels of the organization. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of transformation projects. About you Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of experiences of consultant firm or in-house OD/Project Management/Transformation is preferable Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the Asia region is an advantage. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to drive change and inspire innovation. Creativity and openness to new ideas.
