Job Description
As a leader within our Tableside Oshibori crew, you\'ll be responsible for guiding and motivating crew members in providing exceptional service to restaurant patrons. Your role is instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive not only high-quality oshibori towels but also a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the team Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in handling oshibori towels Actively engage with patrons and demonstrate exceptional sales techniques Train new crew members, and conduct ongoing coaching sessions Oversee inventory levels, ensuring an ample supply of oshibori towels Keep records of sales transactions, track crew performance, and provide regular reports to management Candidate Requirements Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in maintaining organized records and reports. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
