An international chemical manufacturing company is currently recruiting for a OTC Manager job to oversee its order processing for its domestic and overseas clients. About the OTC Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the customer service team in receiving of orders to delivery to end user within the ASEAN and ANZ region and liaising closely with internal supply chain, customer service, transport management and import/export departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing customer service best practices to improve the department\xe2\x80\x99s service quality and profitability
• Connect with the supply and transport planners, import/export, customs and trade team to ensure that customer orders are prepared on a timely basis and invoices are issued and followed up with to ensure prompt payment
• Develop and implement customer service KPIs and maintenance of the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer service levels
• Negotiating business priorities and mediate internal stakeholders based on information gathered from order status and order priority
• Managing complex customer service issues
• Ensure the availability and expansion of tools to elevate quality of customer service including learning and development of personnel
• Maintain close relations with the logistics team to support the digitisation and automated tools to improve order management and logistics process efficiency

To succeed in this OTC Manager role, you will need to possess strong communication skills and hands-on approach to ensure that each internal stakeholder is able to provide the proper level of service in a timely manner and trouble shooting any issues that may arise while maintaining effective communications with customers Key Requirements:

• Degree in Commerce or any relevant industry
• Eight years\' working experience in the customer service function with a food ingredient organisation
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP
• Proven in managing multinational stakeholders and import/export environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently whilst still being a team player
