Lead the development of service SOPs, sequence of service, and table settings for the outlet.
Assist in outlet layout and pre-opening inventory planning.
Recruit, train, and onboard service team members for the restaurant.
Coordinate dry runs and simulation exercises before opening.
Daily Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-between service periods.
Ensure efficient table turnover, smooth communication between service and kitchen, and consistent food quality.
Lead briefings, assign duties, and monitor performance of the service team.
Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service standards are maintained at all times.
Maintain high guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests and resolving complaints promptly.
Financial & Administrative
Monitor daily revenue, average check, and cost control (breakage, wastage, labor costs).
Ensure POS systems are updated and accurate.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L reviews for the outlet.
Monitor stock usage and coordinate with purchasing and stewarding for replenishment.
Marketing & Guest Engagement
Collaborate with the Marketing team for in-house promotions, theme nights, and seasonal campaigns.
Develop upselling strategies and motivate the team to drive outlet revenue.
Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to identify areas of improvement.
