Outlet Manager, with 5 year's restaurant management experience,
to lead all aspects of restaurant operations at our Inside Campus Ampang Mall outlet. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, motivate teams, and consistently deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profitability, and quality targets while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will manage both
Front of House and Back of House
functions, maintain high service and food standards, and create positive dining experiences for all customers.
You will be expected to lead by example, remain calm during peak hours, and uplift your team during busy service periods to ensure the outlet runs efficiently at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily Front of House and Back of House operations
Ensure superior customer service and maximize customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints promptly, professionally, and effectively
Monitor food quality and regularly review suppliers and vendors
Organize staff schedules and supervise daily shifts
Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity
Forecast requirements for food supplies, kitchen equipment, and cleaning materials
Ensure full compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Maintain and enhance the restaurant's image and service standards
Control operational costs and implement waste-reduction initiatives
Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual sales and expense reports
Promote the brand through local marketing, events, and word-of-mouth
Recommend marketing strategies such as promotions, discounts, and social media campaigns
Train new and existing employees on customer service standards and SOPs
Implement policies and procedures to support long-term outlet operations
Requirements
5 year's proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager
Strong customer service background in a supervisory or management role
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, including menu and ingredient awareness
Experience managing both Front of House and Back of House teams
Familiarity with restaurant management systems and POS software
Strong leadership, motivational, and people-management skills
Good financial management skills, including cost control and budgeting
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
