About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager
to lead our team at Vivacity Megamall, Kuching, Sarawak. You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth performance.
Lead, train, and motivate retail staff.
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare sales reports and implement company policies.
Ensure outlet meets company standards and targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail, with supervisory or managerial background.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and deliver results.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
RM2,000 - RM3,000
(based on experience & position level).
