We are looking for an

Outlet Manager

for our new cafe, located in

Sunway Putra Mall

.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff management:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of outlet staff to ensure high levels of service. This includes scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and providing coaching.

Daily operations:

Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the outlet, which can include managing cash, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Customer service:

Ensure a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards for service and product quality.

Sales and performance:

Work to achieve sales targets and monitor the outlet's performance. This can also involve tasks like stock ordering and management.

Compliance:

Ensure that the outlet adheres to company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Reporting:

Assist management by producing reports on outlet performance and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

Preferably local Malaysian applicants, with any gender, age, & backgrounds. Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English. You need to have a good health & stamina due to the nature of the job. Preferably with relevant experience in the F&B industry. Willing to work in rotational shifts (cafe's operation hours is from 9 am until 10 pm) Able to work in Sunway Putra Mall (Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur).

Hostel can be provided if needed (can be discussed during interview). 1.5x salary rate if required to work on Public Holidays. Outpatient medical claims. EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
