• Ensure tables are set and food and beverages are served to guests at an exceptional level.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.
• Ensure smooth daily opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all staff strictly adhere to the restaurant\'s guidelines and standards in the execution of all required services.
• Attend to customers\' requests and demands in a polite, prompt, and accurate manner.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with customers and other parties.
• Advertise and distribute the most recent menus to customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Evaluate staff performance and offer constructive suggestions or feedback to enhance the restaurant sales performance.
• Supervise inventory and orders to guarantee sufficient supplies.
• Organize staff schedules and ensure the availability of personnel.
• Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations.
