Position: Outlet Manager (SPA)

Location: Mont Kiara

Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Operations Management:

Oversee the seamless operation of the spa, ensuring strict adherence to company standards for service and operations.
Team Management:

Lead and supervise the spa concierge team and spa therapists, managing their schedules and performance effectively.
Handle Complaints:

Manage and resolve customer complaints across all branches to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Vendor Interaction:

Liaise with spa vendors as necessary to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.
Sales Promotion:

Promote spa services and products to maximize sales, consistently aiming to achieve outlet sales targets.
Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of spa stocks and equipment, conducting regular inventories to ensure proper stock levels.
Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure all spa and wellness equipment is well-maintained and in good working order at all times.
Staff Training:

Develop and conduct training programs for spa staff, including hands-on training for new recruits.
Group Sales and Events:

Manage group sales and corporate events, handling all aspects from customer correspondence to staff deployment and booking coordination.

Requirements:

Able to speak in English or Malay fluently. It is an advantage if you could speak Mandarin. Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent Friendly with cheeky personality, possess good interpersonal and communication skills Strong disciplines, commitments and self-initiative Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays Pleasant & cheerful personality
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic Salary: RM 3, 000 to RM 6, 000 Allowances: Transport Allowance EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days & Hours: 2 days off per week - (weekdays only)
Morning Shift: 10.00am - 7.00pm
Afternoon Shift: 12.00pm - 9.00pm
(1 hour lunch break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
