Outlet Manager

Job Description
- Six-day work week on rotational shift basis and must be able to work on weekend and Public Holiday
- Comfortable working in midnight shift and after 12AM occasionally to support outlet business hours
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently are highly desired traits
- Malaysian citizen or Permanent Residence holder only
- Responsible for daily overall business activities in the outlet
- Drive the outlet team to meet monthly sales target
- Ensure corporate level instructions and objective are achieved by outlet
- Manage and plan manpower issues in outlet such as scheduling, attendance and recruitment
- Train new joiners in outlet to follow and ensure existing employee skills up to date and meets Company standards.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
