Responsibilities
Having strong leadership skills to lead, improve performance, motivate, and manage team members in providing the best DobiQueen service to customers.
Ensuring compliance with all operational standards, including service quality, customer service, sales, and internal operations control.
Planning and managing marketing at the branch and executing marketing campaigns.
Improving branch performance through increased sales, expenditure assessment, and cost savings consideration.
Responsible for workforce planning and staff recruitment, identifying necessary team member training, and being capable of training and guiding team members.
Reviewing and ensuring that daily/weekly/monthly reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of branch administration management, inventory control, and safety.
