Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Having strong leadership skills to lead, improve performance, motivate, and manage team members in providing the best DobiQueen service to customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational standards, including service quality, customer service, sales, and internal operations control.
  • Planning and managing marketing at the branch and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Improving branch performance through increased sales, expenditure assessment, and cost savings consideration.
  • Responsible for workforce planning and staff recruitment, identifying necessary team member training, and being capable of training and guiding team members.
  • Reviewing and ensuring that daily/weekly/monthly reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of branch administration management, inventory control, and safety.
