Job Overview:

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the smooth daily operation of a bar or beverage outlet. The role includes making sure guests are happy, supervising staff, maintaining product quality, and supporting sales. The supervisor also helps promote new drinks by giving out samples and ensuring customers have a great experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the beverage outlet. Ensure friendly, fast, and professional service to all customers. Supervise and support bar or service staff. Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance. Train team members on drinks, service, and customer care. Monitor drink quality and presentation. Give out samples of new or featured products to promote sales. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly. Keep track of stock and order supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and follow all health and safety rules. Encourage upselling and help boost drink sales. Prepare daily reports and assist with paperwork.

Requirements:

Experience in a bar, lounge, or restaurant setting. Good leadership and people skills. Basic knowledge of drinks and how to serve them. Organized and able to handle busy shifts. Familiar with hygiene and safety rules. Comfortable using a POS system.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
