Responsible for handling the daily operations of the outlet.
Monitor and ensure all procedures are followed properly.
Greet customers warmly and communicate with a friendly smile.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues faced by customers.
Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets by promoting products to customers.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all products.
Monitor inventory control including stock storage, replenishment, expiry tracking, stock returns, and more.
Ensure all areas of the outlet are always clean, neat, and well-organized
