Job Description

Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Lead, train, and motivate service crew members to achieve performance standards. Monitor product quality, customer service, and store presentation. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task assignments. Perform cashiering, cash handling, and daily sales reporting. Ensure compliance with all company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations. Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and operational KPIs.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B, retail, or supervisory roles. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and handle pressure during peak hours. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude, responsible, and committed to high standards of work. Ability to lead by example and maintain a strong team culture. Preferably Chinese speaking candidates- for IOI Puchong Outlet.
