Job Description

The Outlet Supervisor supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing the restaurant's day-to-day operations. This role focuses on supervising front-of-house and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflows, staff efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for assisting with staff training, maintaining service standards, and handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring proper adherence to shift schedules and task completion Conduct daily opening and closing duties, ensuring all areas are prepared for service and closed properly after hours Assist in monitoring food presentation, portion control, and service speed. Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing complaints or special requests Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and manage seating arrangements during peak hours to minimize wait times. Assist in onboarding and training new staff, focusing on customer service skills and product knowledge Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, helping maintain high morale and teamwork Conduct pre-shift briefings to update staff on any special instructions or promotions. Support the manager in tracking inventory levels, placing orders, and monitoring stock usage Ensure sufficient supply levels are maintained for daily operations, particularly during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant, conducting regular checks during shifts Ensure all team members follow hygiene practices, particularly in food handling and preparation areas.

Requirements:



Experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to enforce hygiene protocols
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
