Assist Area Manager, the primary job function is to manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of their branches by directing all operational aspects of branch
Customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Ensure proper standard of service & customer satisfaction.
Coach, train and evaluate the supervisor competency.
Compliance with health and safety regulations, Halal Regulations.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company.
Job Requirements
Full time permanent & Malaysian only.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (bakery industry).
Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working hours: 6 days/week, 2 working shifts (morning & afternoon).
Required to work on Sat/Sun/holiday.
Possess own transport & willing to travel while required.
