Coordinate daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Communicate with partners, HQ, and customers regarding operations.
Ensure accurate tagging, handling, and return of laundry items.
Serve walk-in customers and handle enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
Promote and sell service packages or vouchers.
Maintain accurate order records and status updates.
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the counter area.
Work closely with drivers and HQ for timely pickup and delivery.
Requirement
Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
Friendly, with good communication and customer service skills.
Proficient with computers, smartphones, and apps such as POS systems, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
Possessing a valid GDL license and van-driving experience is a plus.
