. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), managing people and processes, and driving business performance. The position reports directly to the Area Manager.
Lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve sales growth and profit targets.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate Assistant Managers, Management Trainees, Supervisors, and crew.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Review staff performance, recommend promotions and wage adjustments.
Manage inventory control, purchasing, payroll submission, and operational reports.
Maintain food cost control through effective monitoring of wastage, spoilage, and portioning.
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, furniture, and compliance with pest control.
Conduct staff meetings, ensure training materials are updated, and monitor training progress.
Oversee promotional programs, review customer feedback, and ensure service excellence.
Implement energy conservation measures and uphold company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirement
Minimum
5 years of working experience
in the F&B industry (QSR preferred).
At least
2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
.
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on a
6-day schedule with rotating shifts
(morning, afternoon, and night).
Malaysian nationality only.
