1. To reach the industrial project target

\xe2\x97\x8f Respect and ensure respect of IProM (Valeo Internal Standard)

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project Target, in line with CLEAN (Valeo Internal Project Standard)

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM & Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, Logistics \xe2\x80\xa6)

\xe2\x97\x8f Alert the managers when standards are not met

\xe2\x97\x8f Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.

\xe2\x97\x8f Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets.

\xe2\x97\x8f Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS (Valeo Production System) rules and guidelines during the process development.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the process development documentation.

\xe2\x97\x8f Organize pre-serial trials as part of \xe2\x80\x98Serial production\xe2\x80\x99 activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run; Participate to the Safe Start Checklist evaluation by the P1 Project Manager and the preparation and implementation of the related Action Plan.

\xe2\x97\x8f Upon requested attendance in IVC (Valeo Internal Standard) for review of a project he/she is in charge regarding the industrial tasks, introduce the industrial aspects of an industrial project in the IVC review and escalate issues if necessary.

Ensure respect of

\xe2\x97\x8f All Quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity (P-FMEA, Control plan, SPPC list\xe2\x80\xa6).

\xe2\x97\x8f All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.

Properly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.
