We are looking for a P2P & O2C Operations Performance Lead for our APAC Regional Hub based in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will focus on delivering oversight and leadership of the P2P and O2C Operational teams who service APAC. You will manage the regional service delivery and oversee the Delivery/Operational responsibilities, Service Planning & Evolution, Customer Relationship Management, stakeholder management and People/Team Management. This role requires knowledge of P2P & O2C end to end processes, projects as well as BPO oversight for activities performed remotely. Other Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery and performance of P2P & O2C services across APAC including all the sub-processes mentioned in above, month end, inquiries, and audit support through BPO.
• Accountable for oversight of the day-to-day BPO delivery of operations, including escalation management, resolving market/customer issues and proactively identifying any issues or risks to the service from the GFS.
• Escalating issues through Hub or Finance Services governance, where required.
• Ensure strategic oversight and stakeholder management in region, including alignment with global ways of working where needed and project delivery oversight.
• Working closely with third party providers, global or local process expert to ensure delivery in line with established service levels and service line strategy.
• Driving standard practices and consistency in service delivery across the region through GSK policies, tools and processes
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs). Ensure they are met and plan accordingly to ensure remediation
• Controls delivery oversight in line with Internal Control Framework
• Ensuring robust BCP and risk Management of internal controls and regulatory compliance are met through applicable policies, procedures and processes performed by BPO.
• Oversight of Monitoring control testing results and ensuring mitigations plans are effective.
• Support/work with project team to deliver project deliverables related to P2P & O2C activities/area.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance or related field
• 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in management/leadership positions
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes
• Proficient in Mandarin will be highly preferred as this role will handle China market and deal with stakeholders from China
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Highly developed management and leadership skills
• Ability to interact with and influence users/vendors remotely
• Experience of working in a Shared Service Environment and experience of managing of BPO for a sizeable company
• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams and reconcile cultural differences to successfully deliver services (Local Market, BPO, Functional team, GPO)
