Job Description


  • Proven at least Three (3) years and above of working experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with a high level of proficiency.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to take the responsibilities of Chinese Temple\'s task and attend the temple when required.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel when required.
ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant:
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO as required.
  • Coordinate and manage the CEO\'s temple visits, including scheduling and necessary arrangements.
  • Liaise with temple\'s person-in-charge and other relevant parties to organize rituals, ceremonies, and related events.
  • Ensure all preparations for temple-related activities are meticulously handled and aligned with Buddhist practices.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO\'s calendar, travel arrangement, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including arranging venues, catering, other necessary equipment.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and other important information.
  • Liaise with internal staffs, external clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Attend trainings, meetings, conferences, or events when required.
Administration:
  • Managing invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders for both suppliers and customers with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handling and verifying upcoming payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
  • Ensure the integrity of billing data by consistently maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage and respond to clients\' inquiries by answering call and/or email.
  • Provide general administrative support when necessary.
  • To assist in ad hoc task as assigned, as and when required.
