• Candidates must possess at least diploma or degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, PR, Account etc
• Candidates that contain 1 year or above working experience in the related field will be priority
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas
• Looks presentable, a people person and willing to work hard

Tanggungjawab

• Aligning company\'s regulations, guidelines, and policies
• Discretion and trustworthiness on confidential information
• Carry out administrative or personal work on behalf of the MD which includes being the point of contact between the MD and the clients
• Research, identify, and develop new business/market opportunities
• Assist management in devising business plans and goals
• Responsible for scheduling appointments/meetings and taking minutes of meeting/itinerary and general correspondence
• Ability to organize in-house and external events/conferences
• Assist MD for daily office activities or operation
• Demonstrates an ability to interact with persons of all backgrounds, cultures, and affiliations within all levels of business entities
• Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required
