Job description- Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of any meetings/ discussion if necessary- Managing correspondences including drafting email responses to vendors, customers & others, ensuring all correspondences are responded well & timely if necessary.- Assist check Director\xe2\x80\x99s emails daily, update and explain to him if necessary- Update and highlight Director any issue of operation- Assist update products, sales operation reports & records- Assist Director\xe2\x80\x99s to liaise with oversea suppliers if necessary- Manage Director\xe2\x80\x99s appointments based on Planner- Managing travels arrangement on reservations of air ticket, visas, travel itineraries and hotel accommodation whenever Director travelling overseas or local.- Make reservation of restaurant if necessary.- Arrange of monthly and overseas claims if necessary.- Sorting and keep the name cards & filing of documents.- Issue, recording and bank-in cheques for Director if necessary- Update & record Director bank accounts records if necessary- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director- Excellent in writing, reading, speak in English, Chinese & Malay
