Job Description


  • Aligning company\'s regulations, guidelines and policies
  • Discretion and trustworthiness on confidential information
  • Carry out administration or personal work on behalf of the Director which includes being the point of contact between the Director and the clients
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Director by screening and responding to emails, phone calls and other correspondence
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and other materials as needed
  • Monitor and manage Director\'s reimbursement
  • Anticipate the Director\'s needs and take proactive steps to ensure smooth workflow and success
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments / meetings and taking minutes of meeting / itinerary and general correspondence
  • Ability to organize in-house and external events / conferences
  • Assist director for daily office activities or operations
  • Liaise with other executives and staff members to ensure seamless communication and operations within the organization
  • Have basic accounting skills
  • Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
