Assist the GM with daily administrative and secretarial tasks, manage schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize reports, meeting materials, and presentations accurately and on time.

Follow up on sales matters, coordinate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery.

1. Qualification | ???Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Management, or related field.

Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Experience | ???
2-3 years as PA or admin role; fresh grads with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
