Packaging Manager

Job Description
- Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines.
- Ensure compliance with all schedule for processes.
- Develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.
- Reviewing competitor products and pricing to ensure that price points are competitive.
- Responsible to drive new packaging development procedures and guidelines.
- Maintaining inventory records for all raw materials and finished products to ensure efficient use of storage space and effective production planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in packaging facility.
- Familiarity with logistics software.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Able to solve problem.
