• Seeking for experienced packaging directors to ensure the quality and safety of medical products

• Oversee entire drug product packaging process, including planning, scheduling, staffing, output, and compliance.
• Lead visual inspection and packing functions for quality assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on defect reduction, efficiency, and cycle time.
• Ensure product quality and GMP compliance through SOP adherence and documentation management.
• Meet production targets and implement process control measures.
• Support quality initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures.
• Provide training and awareness programs for shop floor personnel.
• Evaluate product and process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with quality training development and delivery.
• Participate in EHS activities to improve workplace safety.

• A bachelor\'s degree in engineering or science preferably with a focus on packaging or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the packaging industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a strong plus.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of packaging professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills.
