Join us today! https://www.mfm.com.my/careers/ :- Planning and operating the packing lines in order to ensure that all orders are registered, produced and delivered accordingly as per specifications and requirements. Planning, controlling and evaluating the packing material & concumables including fast moving spare part and ensuring efficient usage and prevent packing process disruption. Enforcing housekeeping program and compliance to the standards required by the company and the industrial practices. Enforcing Health & Safety work procedure and practices rules and are adhered to and where safety regulations requires the necessary PPe issued to workers in order to prevent unforeseen accident. Controlling packing performance through submission of weekly packing performance record and implement corrective and preventive action accordingly. Planning, controlling and evaluating preventive and autonomous maintenance program and coordinating with engineering department to ensure all the machines and equipment is ready to use in standard performance with minimum downtime. Planning, controlling, monitoring and evaluating implementation of quality procedure in packing area and on the job training. Leading/ coaching 5S program, goal alignment. Implementing improvement/ kaizen project and educate the subordinate to contribute in the continuous improvement program. Qualifications Job Requirement:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in PASIR GUDANG. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
