1. Oversee daily packing output, operation, process, and activities. Ensure output meets the target set.
2. Control and report packing output, packing efficiency and gloves quality to superiors.
3. Control and report packing material usage and wastage as per target.
4. Monitor and control packed gloves quality. Ensure the product meets customer requirements and standards.
5. Patrol and inspect overall packing machines and process to ensure under control.
6. Check, control, and report on gloves and packing material inventory.
7. Assist in packing improvement plan and execute necessary actions in support to department KPI target.
8. Provide gloves quality feedback and information to Production department for necessary improvement actions.
9. Maintain and control GMP and 5S at workplace.
10. Other related duties that may be given by management from time to time.
