Organize, facilitate, and drive bancassurance through trainings, client events and sales activities related to bancassurance. 3. Plan and strategize in achieving the region sales target. 4. Collaborate and maintain good relationship with business partner. Manage Direct Closure channel's sales of business partner's bank staffs. Supervise and lead Insurance Advisor (IA) in supporting the Direct Closure and Referral channel. Motivate, coaching, and mentoring the IA in achieving their sales and align with company's direction. Training and further develop in term of skills, knowledge, and good sales practice with business partner's bank staff. Strategize and planning for the region's sales team which include recruitment and allocation of resources in achieving the sales target. Organizing and facilitating events, trainings, and other activities to drive the sales for both Direct Closure and Referral channels.
