Role Summary: Contracts Management

• Manage contract management from contract preparation, execution to documentation
• Organise and track case files
• Maintain legal library of standard templates.
• Perform related administrative functions and database management associated with such contracts

Contracts Management

• Manage contract management from contract preparation, execution to documentation
• Organise and track case files
• Maintain legal library of standard templates.
• Perform related administrative functions and database management associated with such contracts

Intellectual Property Management

• Assist in the general IP Portfolio management for Trademarks, Patents & General IP enforcement in various countries
• Co-ordinate local and international filings, monitor and track correspondences and deadlines
• Perform general IP research
• Prepare, declarations and evidence for IP litigation
• Build and maintain IP database and files
• Co-ordinate correspondence between law firms, monitor/ track deadlines for various IP matters

Legal Support

• Assist in legal research
• Liaise, develop and maintain close working relationships with members of the relevant business units, corporate functions and overseas offices to meet the Group\xe2\x80\x99s internal governance
• Track and maintain legal expenses
• Special tasks and projects assigned from time to time

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
