Location: This role is mainly remote / home working, with occasional opportunities for meetings or travel to complete tasks. Part-time or full-time. Job Summary: The successful candidate will support our legal teams in the UK, Europe and Middle East. We welcome applicants who have:

• At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in law or immigration
• Minimum 2.1 degree taught in English
• Excellent in English, fluent in Mandarin or Arabic
• We accept candidates with or without legal qualifications. Training will be provided, and a learning curve is expected.

Your duties, including and not limited to:

• Casework assistance, including drafting correspondences, preparing applications and bundles etc.
• Legal research and reports
• Providing marketing, finance and HR support in marketing materials and articles, expenses, billing, bookkeeping, recruitment, onboarding new staff etc.
• Updating client database, files, articles, spreadsheets etc.
• Providing administrative support to all team members
