Job Description
- Able to communicate English & Bahasa Malaysia, in both speaking and writing
- Skillful in using Autocad/ Drafting software, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray, BIM, Microsoft office and others, Adobe Photoshop etc
- Taking notes and following up on projects
- Preparing documents for submission and construction purposes
- Drafting official letters/ correspondences
- Liaison with client, Local Authorities, other consultants and contractors whenever necessary
- Site visit/ analysis and inspections in accordance with construction drawings etc.
- Flexible/Casual Working Hours
- Annual Leave
- Architectural Training
