What you\'ll do:

Responsible for outbound/inbound activities, cash management, and handle customer\'s enquiries/issue related to spare part.

In detail, you will:

• Attend to customer (walk-in, call, email, etc.) or authorized service center on all spare part enquiries & purchase related maters
• Involve in sales order processing & warehouse operation (pick, pack, invoice & ship, inbound receiving)
• Assist in inbound receiving when required

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder
• At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Keen interest in customer service field.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Demonstrate tenacity & focus by continuously striving to reach goals and overcoming obstacles
• Good team player. Flexible in providing coverage and/or availability.
• Good communication skills

Where you\'ll be:

You will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia and report to Part Centre Manager.
