Responsibilities:

Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed according to the plan. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval. Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate technical solutions into the design. Ensure designs comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the project's progress.
Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a recognised degree in Architecture equivalent to LAM PART 2 Preferable with 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management for various types of projects. Proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept to completion. Proficiency in architectural software, such as 3d modelling, graphic and layout design,, Project Planning, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards. Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required Mandarin/Cantonese will be a bonus (for dealing with the China market)
