An Architect firm is expanding its project portfolio. To support upcoming projects, they are looking for a

Project Architect

to take ownership of design delivery and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Overview

The Project Architect will take full ownership of architectural projects from concept through completion. This is a

sole contributor role

, responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and project requirements. The role involves coordinating directly with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. The Project Architect will monitor project timelines and deliverables, conduct site visits to resolve design-related issues, and work independently while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years in a project leadership role. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
