Project Architect

to lead the design and coordination of projects from concept to completion.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and review of conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and technical documentation, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and regulations. Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to uphold design intent, while managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to maintain quality and efficiency. Oversee site progress, resolve design-related issues during construction, and mentor junior architects and drafters through technical guidance and professional development.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including 1+ years in high-rise projects. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
