Responsible to ensure all the Food & Beverage equipment\'s (crockeries, cutleries, glassware etc) are properly clean, washes, wipes and polishes all kitchen food preparation utensils such as pots, pans etc. The Steward must ensure that they follow all the prescribed procedures, to clean and maintain these utensils. The Steward must ensure that all soiled and damage cans is not put into use and is given to be repaired or discarded prior consent by the Chief Steward. The Steward must make sure that when the shift is over, the station is in order, clean, dry and tidy.
