Responsibilities

-To handle or assist in handling all matters relating to real estate conveyancing that the firm undertakes such as preparing SPA for sub-sales, security documentations for banking facilities/loan as well as all incidental matters until completion.

- Attending to meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.

- Involve in business development activities and generating new clientele.

- All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above.

Requirements

- At least 5 PQE and above in conveyancing practice.

- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Candidate who is able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.

- Candidate who is keen to involve in business development activities and want to build his or her own practice.

- Able to work independently.

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
