Partner Success Associate - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

The Partner Success Associate\xe2\x80\x99s primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group\xe2\x80\x99s lodging product in their assigned market is competitive, attractive and relevant for our fast-growing global customer base.

In doing so, Partner Success Associates will also continuously work with Expedia Group\xe2\x80\x99s lodging partners to help them improve the marketing potential from their participation in the Expedia Group\xe2\x80\x99s marketplace.

This role is the foundation of our Centralized Hub for Account Management & Performance. The team ensure that our lodging partners can effectively, efficiently and throughout the year, reach Expedia Group\xe2\x80\x99s full breadth of global traveler demand.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Our vision is to empower our partners to be successful - you will make phone-based contact with our partners to help them:

Leverage Expedia Group\xe2\x80\x99s tool kit to increase the customers they attract on the Expedia Group platform

Support new partners to ramp up and sustain their hotel revenue and market share on the Expedia Group platform

Communicate special offers from Expedia Group\xe2\x80\x99s loyal customer base and promotional deals that allow them to benefit from Expedia Group\xe2\x80\x99s merchandising and marketing efforts

Educate lodging partners on the self-service features available on Partner Central

Who you are:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree; or equivalent

Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English

1-3 years of experience
