MedCentral is seeking a entrepreneurially driven Partner to spearhead the establishment and growth of its training division to become an HRD Corp registered training provider.
The incumbent is not required to serve as a trainer, recruit trainers, or develop training content, as these components will be supported by our established network of collaborators (although taking on a trainer role is not restricted). Instead, the primary focus will be on attracting participants, securing corporate clients, building strong B2B relationships, and developing a sustainable sales pipeline.
As a co-owner of the training division, the compensation structure offered is as follows:
Equity stake in MedCentral Training Division
Profit-sharing once revenue is generated
Guaranteed RM2,000 (negotiable) cash monthly to support the incumbent during the first 12 months of setting up the business
Key Responsibilities
A. HRD Corp Registration & Compliance
Lead the registration of MedCentral as an HRD Corp Training Provider (TP).
Submit programme approvals and ensure training courses meet HRD Corp standards.
Manage compliance documentation, audits, claims, and reporting.
Maintain updated knowledge of HRD policies, rules, and guidelines.
B. Participant Acquisition & Client Development
Drive sales and secure participants for MedCentral training programmes.
Build relationships with corporate HR teams, SMEs, hospitals, and private sector clients.
Pitch HRD Corp-claimable training programmes and convert leads into registered participants.
Meet monthly and quarterly participant acquisition targets.
C. Business Development & Outreach
Identify high-demand training areas and market niches.
Build partnerships with companies, institutions, and government-linked bodies.
Lead outreach activities, previews, webinars, and promotional channels.
Develop a strong lead-generation and client-retention system.
D. Trainer & Programme Management
Ensure course content aligns with HRD Corp submission requirements.
Coordinate programme customisation based on client needs.
E. Operational Setup & Management
Establish the administrative and operational backbone of the training division.
Oversee documentation, scheduling, claims processes, and reporting.
Develop SOPs that align with HRD Corp audit requirements.
Provide performance reports, business projections, and KPIs.
Job Specification (JS)
A. Minimum Qualifications
Mandatory: HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer (TTT) certification.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, Education, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
Additional training in business development, instructional design, or programme management is an advantage.
2. Experience Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in bringing in participants or managing corporate training.
