Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated

Training & Development Executive

to lead and develop our Agent Division at CariJob. This role is responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring recruitment and sales agents to ensure they achieve optimal performance and effectively utilize the CariJob system. The ideal candidate is passionate about people development, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers

performance-based commission

for achieving team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for recruitment and sales agents on job placement processes, sales techniques, and system usage (CariJob platform). Develop training materials, manuals, and guides to ensure consistent knowledge transfer. Coach and mentor agents to enhance performance, productivity, and professional growth. Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development programs. Organize workshops, webinars, and refresher courses for continuous learning. Ensure agents adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and service quality expectations. Drive team performance to meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets, contributing to

commission earnings

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in training, coaching, or supervising a team (preferably in recruitment, sales, or customer service). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Familiarity with recruitment processes, sales strategies, and CRM or job placement systems is a plus. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
