We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and support workshop performance. This role requires strong leadership, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Inventory Management

- Manage inventory based on demand and cost targets

- Maintain stock levels to support workshop operations and customer needs

- Avoid excessive inventory and optimise carrying cost

- Maintain accurate records and analyse parts movement

Parts Purchasing

- Source quality parts at competitive prices

- Identify and evaluate suppliers

- Negotiate for cost-effective purchasing

Parts Sales

- Sell parts and meet workshop requirements

- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotions

- Identify sales prospects and drive volume growth

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers

Team Management & Leadership

- Supervise and lead parts team members

- Conduct internal training on product knowledge, systems, and service skills

- Coach the team to maintain high performance and service quality

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare reports on inventory, sales, margins, and KPIs

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements

- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs

General

- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental practices

- Comply with all statutory requirements and company policies

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive parts operations (managerial experience preferred)

- Strong knowledge of automotive components, inventory systems, and supply chain processes

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in ERP/Inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willing to be based in Shah Alam, Selangor

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
