Job Description
:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Human Traffic Counter at our retail outlets. As a Human Traffic Counter, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analysing customer traffic within our store. This position is part-time, making it ideal for students or individuals seeking supplementary income.Locations:
- Aeon Mall Tebrau City, Johor Bahru
- Accurately count and record the number of customers entering and exiting the store during specified shifts.
- Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store.
- Collaborate with store management to identify peak hours and busy periods.
- Compile data and generate reports on customer traffic trends.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent observational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
- Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience - RM15/hour.
